Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth delivered a long, surprisingly uncontroversial speech to industry on Friday detailing how he’d like to work with defense firms big and small going forward.

The service is looking to purchase one million drones in the next two to three years. While not much is known yet about how this is going to work, the acquisition will take place through the SkyFoundry program.
