Annual Supreme Court Review Promises Somber Reflection Upon Crumbling Democracy, CLE Credit

Supreme Court and Cherry BlossomsOn Tuesday, July 9 from 12-1:30 p.m. Eastern, the ADL and National Constitution Center will hold their annual Supreme Court Review. Theoretically, the Court will have released all its opinions by then, though that all depends on whether or not they think they’ve successfully pushed any federal trial of Donald Trump well beyond the election.

Amy Howe will moderate a conversation with Erwin Chemerinsky, Miguel Estrada, Dr. Mary Anne Franks, Gregory G. Garre, and Frederick Lawrence covering the Term that brought us a short reprieve to the coming birth control ban and machinegun performance at semiautomatic prices when the justices weren’t vacationing on the dimes of billionaires or publicly pining for insurrection.

The event will be held in person at the National Constitution Center and is offering a virtual attendance option, with CLE credit available for both. Check at registration to make sure your state is included.
